Pediatric Services

Smith Family Wellness Center offers pediatric services including well child visits, school health assessments and school physicals, by appointment only. 

We partner with the Novant Community Cruiser to offer immunizations for children under 18 years of age, no appointment required.  Please review schedule link below for times and locations.
